The quick check-in process on a busy Saturday night was a pleasant surprise, making me feel welcomed right away.

There were groups of homeless people surrounding the building, making my girlfriend feel uncomfortable at all times.

unsafe environment

absolutely understaffed, and don’t get me started on the tacky decor, yikes! I felt unsafe with the groups of people outside, you know, just hanging around and smoking. after seeing the several rude staff members, I was shocked that I wasn’t even offered a water bottle upon arrival. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

convenient location

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited a local amusement park and the nearby botanical garden. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The room was decent for the price we paid, and the location was pretty convenient for exploring the area.

Clean room, friendly staff, as soon as you walk in the hotel you smell fresh cleaning products, and there was air conditioning to keep the temperature just right, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

The moment I stepped in, I loved the fresh scent of cleaning products in the air, and the cozy vibe of my room with two queen beds was just perfect after a day on the road. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and catching up on some reading in their comfortable lounge area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn’t take away from my overall great stay! 😊

Not the cleanest place

The room was honestly pretty dirty, and the bathroom didn’t help either. 😬 The floors felt grimy, and I just wasn't too comfy about the bedding—didn’t seem fresh at all. On a good note, the snack bar had some quick bites which was nice. Just wish it was cleaner overall.
